The team at RTS (Leeds) Ltd have been providing innovative machinery and equipment solutions to the engineering industry in the UK and overseas since 1985.
Our expertise lies in providing special purpose machinery and materials handling equipment to a broad range of manufacturing disciplines. This equipment has been used in a wide variety of industrial and analytical environments and applications. The company carries projects through from initial design, manufacture, assembly and testing to installation and commissioning.
We provide a full range of facilities under one roof covering CAD design, machining, fabrication, assembly and testing. This enables us to offer proven, cost effective solutions to satisfy your engineering requirements. The various product pages below show examples of the machines and systems we have designed and built. Where the installations are commercially sensitive 3D models or layout drawings are shown instead. All of these projects were managed on a full ‘turnkey’ basis.
Cutting Machines
We have produced a range of cut off machines and control systems to meet all manner of customer requirements. Materials include ferrous, non ferrous and various superalloys. A selection of these machines is shown on the page linked below. These illustrate the kinds of cutting solutions we have successfully designed, manufactured and delivered to satisfied customers.
Testing Equipment
Specialised testing and handling systems also fall within our scope of experience. Individual solutions have covered the spectrum of size requirements from very small pull test sample preparation equipment to large rooms for surface inspection of high specification alloys. We have been called upon to provide a range of handling solutions required to meet some unusual customer specifications. Chamfering Machines
